Retirement
Acting as a trustee or representing the interests of qualified plan participants carries significant fiduciary responsibility. With such responsibility, comes liability. Therefore, understanding your responsibilities and being able to effectively manage these responsibilities is essential to properly controlling liability. Fortunately, there is a place to turn and partner to turn to for sound advice and experienced guidance.

Managing Fiduciary Responsibility
Lockton Investment Advisors, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor, provides an objective partnering approach to managing fiduciary responsibility. Together, through our comprehensive consulting services, we will walk together with you through the complex demands of retirement plans, from inception to on-going maintenance.
Vendor Analysis & Selection
We begin by reviewing your Investment Policy Statement and plan documents. We will then assess your current plan’s performance and compliance. If necessary, we will conduct and lead you through an RFP process to select the vendor that best meets your objectives. Further, we will assist with vendor fee and service negotiations.
Investment Selection
If you don’t already have a working Investment Policy Statement, we will help you create one or update your existing policy. With that as a guide, we will analyze various investment options to help you make prudent investment choices. Further, we will benchmark the investment options against corresponding industry and peer standards.
Fiduciary & Compliance Consulting
Through our advisory services offered through Lockton Investment Advisors, retirement specialists stay abreast of the legislative and compliance issues that can affect your plan. We regularly review your plan and make recommendations regarding guidelines imposed by legislation, such as ERISA, The Pension Protection Act, etc. This includes any guidelines issued by the Department of Labor or the IRS.
Communication Service
We can assist you in educating employees about their retirement plan, including reviewing employee communication materials, coordinating enrollment and developing custom communications.
